Carlos A. Cespedes, Esq.
Carlos A. Cespedes was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He
graduated from the University of Miami in Coral Gables,
Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
and earned his Juris Doctor degree from John Marshall Law
School in Chicago, Illinois. With over 26 years of legal
experience, Mr. Cespedes worked for several law firms before
opening his private law focusing on Real Estate law, Business
law, Corporations, Construction Law, Bankruptcy, Estate
Planning and International Commodities Transactions.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Cespedes worked as a Real
Estate Developer in Miami-Dade and Palm Beach County, Florida
on numerous single and multi-unit family development projects.
During law school, he worked at Cook County, Illinois State
Attorney’s Office and as a law clerk for a large national Law
firm.
Mr. Cespedes is a Florida licensed attorney and is admitted
and qualified to practice in the United States District Court
for the Southern District of Florida and the United States
District Court for the Middle District of Florida. In
addition, Mr. Cespedes is a Member of Attorney’s Title
Insurance Fund as issuing title agent for Old Republic
National Title Insurance Company, and is a member of the
International law and Real Property, Probate & Trust sections
of the Florida Bar.
